The Social Media Internship is an exciting position within a nimble team of self-starters who are extremely passionate about the growing social field. You’ll align with strategists and content creators working to communicate brand objectives and engage the correct audience in order to move people to action.
This is a paid internship that requires 40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a junior, senior, graduate student or recent graduate
  • Needs to mix strong analytical abilities with a great understanding of the culture the agency targets. By mixing these two abilities, our social media intern will be able to propose the type of content that should be created and the type of audiences to whom our brands should be communicating
  • Should be able to set social media listening tools and give meaning to audience feedback
  • Design various audience personas, based on the above experience, that will allow content to be tailored to them
  • Responsible in monitoring, optimizing, tracking and reporting KPIs to the agency and to our clients. This reporting demands that the intern write reports that will be actionable by all involved teams, inside and outside the agency

The Code & Copywriter Internship is a unique position with incredible potential. We are living in an amazing time; we are witnessing the transformation of our industry and are seeing how new skills need to be added to the craft of advertising. As an industry, we are compelled to take changes into account and help the transformation of our business by welcoming talent with new skillsets. For this reason, we are looking for a new breed of writer: that special someone with creative talent that is able to use coding skills in order to transmit his or her storytelling.
This is a paid internship that requires 40 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a junior, senior, graduate student or recent graduate
  • Should feel at ease surfing the waves of the ART, COPY & CODE universe
  • Must be comfortable with defining the canvas of their work, a canvas that more often is set on some kind of technological platform

The Project Management Internship is for that special someone who knows they LOVE advertising, but isn’t quite sure which department they want to commit to just yet. Within Project Management you get to work with and understand all departments within an agency. You spearhead collaboration among the Planning, Creative, Brand Leadership and Production teams. Within this position you will understand and help craft the process in which work should effectively and efficiently run through an agency. Consider this position a crash course in how an agency works.
This is a paid internship that requires 40 hours per week.

The Reputation / New Business Development Internship is an exciting opportunity to contribute to pitches, marketing and PR efforts. You’ll work closely with the agency leadership team and directly with our Chief Marketing Officer and the Executive Assistant to help define new marketing and PR initiatives and research best practices for our dynamic and growing agency. If you’re interested in learning what happens behind the scenes of a big new business pitch and what it takes to attract new clients in an increasingly competitive world, this is the internship for you.
