Street art is hot. Super hot. Nova, bright white, blinding hot. What once was considered an eyesore-- or worse, vandalism-- has taken on airs of respectability, driven in no small measure by Millennials who grew up seeing it in their urban playgrounds. Will the new "pop art of the streets" continue to follow its meteoric trajectory? We can't say, but as a medium that is continually reinventing itself, street art looks to make additional contributions to our landscape-- cultural as well as physical-- well into the future.
